LINDA RAVELLA

Linda who resides in Franklin Massachusetts, is primarily an oil painter who specializes in painting images of familiar New England scenes. Currently she has over thirty such images available as limited edition prints. Portraiture work is also one of her specialties, along with commissioned work for prominent hotels and resorts such as the Mount Washington Hotel, The Woodstock Inn in  Woodstock, Vt and the Wayside Inn in Sudbury, Massachusetts. One of the most popular lines of Linda's work are giclee (zhee-clay) prints. These are reproductions of Linda's original paintings on canvas that can be reproduced to any size the customer wants.

Linda's  work can be found in public and private collections in China, Ireland, Australia and Germany, with the main concentration in the Midwest and Northeast of the United States. As she notes,"painting involves capturing the essence of the uniqueness of what I see and feel in the subject. My paintings are feelings captured at a moment in time."
